libglapi-mesa software package provides free implementation of the GL API -- shared library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglapi-mesa
libglapi-mesa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglapi-mesa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglapi-mesa *
You will get with libglapi-mesa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
